Hey there, I'm concerned about my child's flat feet. I've heard that this condition can lead to other foot problems and affect their posture. Can flat feet be corrected or improved in children? What are some treatment options? I want to ensure that my child has healthy, pain-free feet as they grow up.

Yes, flat feet can be corrected in children. Physical therapy, foot orthosis, and surgery are among the professional treatment options. Also, encourage your child to wear podiatrist-recommended shoes and insoles. Stretching the Achilles tendon will also help.
