How can I tell if a pair of shoes has adequate support for my child's feet?
Asked 2 years ago
Hey, me and my husband were told that our 6-year-old boy needed orthopedic shoes by his doctor. We are currently looking to purchase some however from websites online it is difficult to assess how supportive they will be. How can you determine whether a pair of orthopedic shoes is providing enough foot support for your child? TYIA

While purchasing shoes online, check out the reviews and the FAQ sections or check if they are providing customization services. Good-fit shoes are usually flexible at the toes and a little stiff in the middle. You can determine if the orthopedic shoes are providing enough support or not by keeping an eye on how your child walks wearing them or if he complains of any pain or discomfort.
