After ordering another pair of sandals from First Walkers that just didn't fit quite right (my kid has narrow feet and is notoriously hard to buy shoes for!), the FW team were super helpful and speedy in exchanging them for a pair of these beauties - all sorted within the week. My daughter is hypermobile and has a bit of low muscle tone, so requires shoes with good arch and ankle support. These are fab! Thanks again, guys - you were a pleasure to work with.
