How can I improve the durability of my kid's shoes?

Asked 2 years ago

Hi there, I am constantly frustrated by how quickly my child's shoes wear out. It seems like every few months, I have to replace them because they have holes or the soles are worn down. I want to know if there are any tips or tricks to improve the durability of my kids' shoes. I would love to be able to save money and reduce waste by extending the lifespan of their footwear. Can anyone suggest any solutions?

Shoes are the most used component of our wardrobe. Ideally if you use your shoes excessively then it should be replaced within 6 months but there are few tips and tricks to delay the shoes to wear out such as:

  • Prevent from Moisture: Ensuring the protection of shoes from moist air or rains can be helpful in preventing the growth of bacteria. Using silica gel or spraying waterproof sprays can be beneficial.
  • Clean your footwear before storage.
  • Keep your shoes in dust bags and ensure that the shape of the shoes does not get compromised by piling of shoes on top of each other.
  • Regular polishing is necessary to maintain the shine and texture of the shoes.
